When the intellectual restlessness to share the experiences
of life was found difficult to be translated through the medium of words, it
was at this stage the colours, lines and forms came to my rescue. The extent
to which this ‘inexpressible’ can be expressed through a certain medium in terms of the ultimate truth, seems to be the measuring rod of the creativity of an artist. Being a painter and sculptor, I have been trying to mould the same into the colours, forms and textures with a conviction that the ultimate expression is beyond the reach of dictionaries.
From the very first steps of my voyage I could well understand that every tough and tiresome journey for the attainment of realisation starts with ‘self realisation’,
thus the life around me has been kept on becoming the theme of my art.
